Determined to satiate my hunger with the bold and aromatic tastes of the Caribbean, I embarked on a quest, driving around until I stumbled upon a hidden gem in the heart of Hollywood on Sunset Blvd. The enticing aroma of spices and grilling meats filled the air as I entered the restaurant.
